Robert von Neumann: (1888-1976) Studied at Royal Acad., Berlin, F. Bunke in Weimar, Kunstgewebe Mus. with E. Doepler, M. Kock, Han Hofmann in Munich. Member of SAE, Chicago SE., Wisc. P&S, Milwaukee PM, Southern PMS, Rockport AA. Exhibited at: NAD, PAFA, Corcoran Gal., WFNY, GGE, Minneapolis Inst. Art, Madison Salon, Madison AA, AIC, Milwaukee AI, SAE, LOC, Herron AI., Wisc. State Fair, Wisc. P & S, many of which were award winners. Works at: Univ. Wisconsin, Milwaukee AI, AIGA, LOC, Milwaukee State Teachers College, Four Arts soc.. Extremely well listed, known as painter, lecturer, teacher, block printer, engraver and lithographer. He immigrated to the US in 1926.
